I’m pretty sure you don’t even think before you just start typing…

quote:

Ohio State is not the only competitive or top program in the B1G.

They’re literally the only BIG10 team thats ever won a playoff game.

quote:

The ACC's best year was the COVID year when Notre Dame participated in the Conference.

So again, I guess you’re just going to ignore when Clemson won it all TWICE, outside of the 2020 Covid year, (one time/year totally dominating every other conference’s ‘best team’ along the way)?

quote:

No even when Clemson won the National Title twice the B1G was still the superior conference. Clemson might have been the best team that year but their conference was not better than the B1G.

This doesn’t even make sense. Honestly it’s like you completely ignore the on field results and just use your imagination or bias to judge/evaluate the strength of a conference/team…
In 2016 and 2018 (the 2 years that Clemson won their ‘ships) the ACC and BIG10 played a total of 14 games vs. each other. Resulting in an even .500… The BIG10 was 7-7 and the ACC was 7-7 as well… In 2016, the ”superior” BIG10 was an embarrassing 2 - 6 against the ACC.

The BIG10 is only the
quote:

superior conference
in your fictional fairy tale book. This “BIG10 is the 2nd toughest conference blah blah blah” line of wishful thinking, is why we see teams get embarrassed and exposed in the CFP’s perennially. They purposefully overrate and overhype these teams (all while knowing the truth) strictly for financial and monetary reasons/benefit. If there wasn’t at least a hint/semblance of parity then they know CFB would eventually inevitably end up a “southern” niche type of sport similar to college baseball (although baseball is gaining popularity and growing here recently the last few years)
