His power is generated more with upper body rather than lower these days. Doubtful steroids are in play. I saw him live in the mid 2000s and he looked much more lean in person than he did on TV.

I’ll second this. He doesn’t look that big in person.

Tiger is a professional athlete who works out religiously. He doesn’t need to juice to have muscle mass in his late 40s. I know non-athletes who don’t juice who are bigger than him at his age. He’s also intentional with where he’s building muscle because he can’t generate power from his base anymore.
