They are fine with calling for the extermination of an entire race, yet if a student uses words deemed racist towards other protected races they advocate kicking the person making the statement off campus.

I’m truly at a loss to understand the progressive left.

Applying basic transitive logic it follows that they are more concerned with protecting the feelings of gays and two racial minority groups than for the actual physical safety of another racial minority group.

They fail to be fully in support of free speech.
They fail to be consistent in their protection of minorities.
They fail to protect the physical safety of their actual students who are being openly threatened with violence.

Western civilization is falling apart and it’s 100% the fault of narcissistic leftists with good intentions.
