Okay here is some honesty. You have no idea if the people you see walking into the store with a slight limp will be in extreme pain by the time they come out.

You have no way of knowing what is going on with their health just by looking at them. Yes there are abusers. But you are in no position to determine who is legitimately handicapped or not.

But someone should be in position to better determine this.
My cousin legitimately saw a current, at the time. NfL running back use a handicap sticker to park in front of a Dicks Sporting Goods
