I'm most cases, I'd agree, but It doesn't sound to me like Panera has adequately alerted customers to the risk. I don't drink energy drinks, but I'll have a soda or a coffee now and then. I wonder if I would drink one of these drinks? If I would go into Panera and get one of these drinks, they haven't done enough.

If anything they've misrepresented it by saying it's akin to a cup of dark roast coffee.

People who drink 4-5 cups of coffee a day are only getting about 400-500 mg of caffeine.

This dude got like 1600 mg of caffeine
