There's this really nice guy who bags groceries at the Rouses on Drusilla. He's mentally disabled but super friendly and takes pride in what he does. He's capable of making simple decisions and bagging groceries.
He's likely not capable of understanding how much caffeine he should consume in a day and then doing the math to figure it out. I doubt this guy was either.
Honestly shocked Panera didn't pull these after the first person died.
