Sad. Basically the disabled dude didn't know what he was drinking and was getting refills all day through their drink program.

Time for Panera to pull this product. It's honestly not even necessary.

Or just label it with caffeine contents clearly shown.


This guy clearly shouldn't be making decisions alone.
