Georgia best 2 ranked teams all year. When you start at one you’re not moving unless you lose and they did. Weak schedule. They’re not the best team in the country sorry

They were #1 all season long because of last season and started off ahead of the other undefeated teams
If UM or even UW had started #1 they would have likely remained there.
There are no truly elite teams this year.

The only Poll that matters at all is the CFP. The others are meaningless.
The real issue is that UGA was #1 in the CFP based on nothing but LAST SEASON! If they would rank teams on merit from the jump UGA should’ve never been #1.

Conference champs mean nothing, it’s top four, period. Georgia is in. There are not four teams better than Georgia.

LSU had a true fresman QB lead them to the SEC championship in 2006. The second string FSU QB could be ready in time for playoffs as Flynn was in the 2007 BCSCG.
