We stayed near Termini area and it was close to colosseum and a lot of cathedrals. Also good transit too. Had a Gelato place across the street too near one of the spots.

I didn't realize how limited the subway is and really everything seems really close together. We booked a place really close to the Colisseum so thanks everyone.
