So- the Dr Pepper competition. Two participants from community colleges? Wouldn’t it make sense for the participants to be from the two schools playing in the championship game or at a minimum from conference schools? Nothing against the two community college students who competed but it just struck me as really odd.

Bama should be left out if that scenario happens. If you had UT with a horrid SOS and Bama with a great one, I could see a fair argument that an extent.
The fact is UT has a higher ranked sos in some places and in others is right behind Bama.
In Sagarin: UT (#2) while Bama at (#15) going into today. Even if Bama catches up, it should not override the head to head.
In the end, unless FSU loses, Bama should not get in.

If Bama wins, I hope to hell they're still left out. We know Washington is in, and Michigan, and FSU if they both win. Bama should not jump Texas, since Texas won the head-to-head. I would prefer to see the SEC out.

I was listening to the game on XM earlier and they Shockly doing sideline reporting. He said he talked to Beck and Beck wanted the coaches to open it up more.
