Surprisingly, I’ve seen the Cameron beaches quite clear (by their standards) for several weeks each of the last two late summers/early fall. But it’s never looked like your picture. More like Galveston or Biloxi as opposed to chocolate milk. And as I previously stated, it was very short lived. Maybe 2-3 weeks.
