Im not trying to be a dick…how long you been in IT and has it been desktop support/tier 1 the whole time? If you want to be moving on to sys/net admin, need some mcsa, vm, aws/azure, ccna/ccnp kinda stuff in there to help set you apart. Sometimes you gotta take a pay cut to get an opportunity elsewhere to expand your experience and grow.
