Its a pretty nice area. The tiny homes are priced about $250 a square foot while 1400-2000 square foot 3/2s new construction are selling for around $175 a foot. The latter will qualify for conventional mortgages, I would bet the tiny homes will not...

You can get a brand new house in a nice area of San Antonio for 300k (1700 sq ft x 175)? Sounds good to me.
