I bought a brand new Toyota Highlander, and promptly took it on vacation. Ppl flashed their lights the whole trip. I had to do the adjustment deal when I got home, but 99% of folks are just too functionally unaware to think about doing that. They have no clue.
EDIT: you get 15 feet from a wall, mark the center of low and high beams with a pencil, and adjust your lights as such.

I think that Toyota did not get the Highlander headlights figured out and owners have to go back and get that corrected.
