re: The amount of low IQ types driving around with their high beams on is OOC

I was thinking about this when I was running the other night. They’re driving down a street with lights and sidewalks and they have their high beams on. I could understand if it’s some dimly lit side street, but this is the main drag. I was taught to hit the dim lights when in town, maybe i was taught wrong.
