well frick them still. when your regular lights are as bright or brighter than most vehicles brights, you need to make sure you have them focused properly away from oncoming traffic.

A lot of times it's on some douched out lifted trucks where they think it's cool to have the brightest lights possible. It's pretty damn stupid to blind all on coming traffic.
