I was pretty underwhelmed by the prospect of a Stoops hire but if it's true the boosters freaked out at the 11th hour and nuked whatever deal may have been in place, it speaks poorly of the culture behind the scenes. That's Bjorks hire to make in coordination with the President. If you don't trust Bjork to do his job and make the hire, get rid of him. But having boosters run amok nuking a hire they don't like is reminiscent of the decade long shite show Texas went through.
