This is an interesting topic. I guess the 2016 flood reset a lot of people's ideas on where to move outsidethe city. I've heard Gonzalez and Prairieville are nice?

They’re full of clusters of subdivisions that don’t connect to each other, and two lane roads with no shoulders. It’s safer than BR, but I wouldn’t call them nice compared to actual nice suburbs in other states.

The AP tax structure doesn’t allow for the “nice” suburban elements like good parks and roads without ditches.

AP voters have placed an emphasis to spend their property taxes on their schools and I certainly do not blame them.
