If it is true that this car was directed to go into a secondary inspection then they may have just f-it we'll do it right here at a high rate of speed maybe

That looks accurate, if it was in the wrong lane, then the angles from the video camera make sense. That also explains the eye witness (an older gentlemen I wouldn't think would be confused as to which way Canada is).

The gentleman also said car launched into air right before exploding. So it looks like it hit an embankment.
