Maybe so. Always lots of confusion in the first hours after stuff like this.
And it's never just one shooter or one bomber with the initial reports.

It would make sense for a terror attack against CBP or the Canadian border guards.

If it is true that this car was directed to go into a secondary inspection then they may have just f-it we'll do it right here at a high rate of speed maybe

Yep. Too much confusion, including my earlier post. Need to sit back until we hear something official. Then we can search for the truth from the dubious Canadian-RCMP and FBI spin.
