2 things can be true at once: Floyd was drugged out of his mind. Chauvin also pretty clearly choked him out. That knee to the throat was no doubt excessive.

I don’t understand why this is so hard to grasp.

The coroner testified against this very possibility at trial. There was no damage to Floyd’s throat.

it may have been excessive, but it wasn't murder

So in court it was found his knee wasn’t on his neck, definitely not his throat. But on his back.

George Floyd plugged fentanyl up his arse and died. But he’s a hero to people like you.

As I recall, isn't that what his department trained officers to do in similar situations? The argument was that he did it "excessively".

Knee to back of neck does not stop yor breathing. 11 mg of fentanyl will.

All objective evidence indicates it had very little to do with it, likely nothing.

Do you even know what a throat is?

And if you are talking you are breathing.

He was overdosing, not choking.

The drugs and the crowd killed that dude

You, sir, are a parrot. Anyone can see that the knee was pressing the collarbone to the pavement.

Right but in your case only one of those is true.

“Floyd was drugged out of his mind.”

Hence, with his size, the need to restrain.

Derek was sacrificed.

Your post is a prime example of the effectiveness of leftist narratives and propaganda on those with a feeble mind.

It was in the manual wasn’t it?

Did you actually read official reports? There was doubt in autopsy on choking him out.

Thats the part for me… after he was handcuffed… why have him laying face down? At the very least roll him over.

That is a false statement. Objectively. It was also a standard practice that all cops there were trained to use, if I am not mistaken.

This is where I think Chauvins attorney screwed up. I would have brought in a male that’s the same age height weight everything as Floyd, and had Chauvin perform in court the same maneuver for the same time period he held his knee in place. The guy wasn’t going to die. Then have his attorney ask the jury if they will convict him of murder for something that actually shows would not kill someone without a lethal dose of drugs in his system.
