The VA is trash, first and foremost he needs to find a group of veterans to talk. Secondly he needs to find a hobby that will allow him to escape.

I have PTSD and almost became one of the 22 a day years ago. The VA did nothing for me. I had to find an outlet, I found friends that went through the same thing, I found a hobby, most importantly I found another mission. Something that gave me purpose and direction that is rewarding.
