Yep, but I know where Highway 653 is and know a lot of people that live there. Just had never heard of the local name for that area.

My bad, butch hill is hwy 652. Eagle island road is 653. 652 takes you to the boat launch for all the camps in lake fields.
You can pass through green town to get to 652 and pick up your dope.
Back on topic, I am not sure Ole Harly has ever been hooked on dope. He has always been a criminal. You can tell by his sister's comments about him.
