re: Hillcrest subdivision in Abita, LA

It’s an interesting area. The golf course was developed and I believe still operates as Abita Springs CC. The development was very ambitious at the time and did achieve a lot but seemed to slow and stop in the 80s. I see a lot of consistent RE movement in the area so it should be relatively viable value wise.
