Whether he's your first choice or not, Vivek has an answer and can speak better than anyone I've heard in recent time. Time will tell if it's all words.

As a speaker, I like him better than Obama. And whether you liked him or not, Obama was a very well polished orator.

I have to, by default and recent history, automatically assume that it's all words.
But you're right, time will tell. And the words are VERY effective in the here and now.
