This year yes, in each of the three previous seasons at Missouri he didn't have a winning record.

I'd give him a couple more years before making a determination about his coaching capabilities.

In his defense, he was .500 in the all SEC schedule year. We likely win 8ish game that year.

But hiring him after just this year's success is far too risky for any program. Let it be known he was told going into this year hire an OC or you're out. He was that close to being fired. The unfortunate part is this worries me that he will bolt due to that conversation.
