He’s a pretty good coach and is doing well there. There’s something about him though that makes me wonder if he’s at his level. Like he seems a little thin skinned and whiny at times which never cuts it at the big time jobs. Im sure they’d be happy to keep him a few more years.

I just question whether he has the near-sociopathic drive to recruit which is what the top tier programs have to demand right now. Obviously that's not the entirety of it, but I think guys who recruit reasonably well but not at insane levels and are football dorks tend to have their ceiling in this era of CFB.
