Clutching your pearls much?
I didn’t watch Fox for months. Cancelled YouTube tv until football season. During that time I would watch Newsmax, etc. Nothing I found was particularly good. When I got back on YTTV, just naturally started checking out more mainstream media. More so for better production and live shots from world events.

If you just require noise in the background, turn on Spotify and play some nice easy listening coffee shop music, music to relax to and get your day started stress-free and tension-free.
