A&M should take a lesson in humility and try to make a good hire instead of just slinging money bags around to hire a name for a splash hire.
List should start with Mike Elko and Lance Leipold. What they're both doing at historic non-factors speaks to their coaching skills.
From there I'd look at Lanning and Deboer but they might be tougher pulls given the success they're already having. Don't need to leave to compete.

Only potential opening this year that would likely interest Kiffin is if Florida opens up.
