Businesses ignore unfounded complaints from obvious morons.

If a complaint is valid, documented and written by someone with at least fifth-grade writing skills the chances of a positive outcome are pretty good.

Take the loss man. It stings. It isn’t okay. It also isn’t worth the energy.

Road hazard warranty at a minimum would replace. They'd check tread depth and it would be under the (less than 25% usage) that should warrant a free replacement. That's if he paid the extra $10 or so for the road hazard warranty per tire.

The oil change shop delivered the service charged to the payment card, so initiating a charge back opens you to a fraud claim and dilutes any claim you make against the shop.

It was a failed performance and they refuse to cure the problem.
How is rescinding payment fraudulent, exactly?

small claims court...............

I sued shiner beer in small claims court about 14 years ago for 2500 bucks worth of medical bills. Had a shard of glass in beer that caused a rush trip to emergency room. Retired, did the filings myself for free while corporate lawyers were billing 500/hr
_. you can only sue for money damages
-- ?Need to be very careful about filing the claim with the on record official address
--- Need to be careful about filing in the right jurisdiction your parish. business location parish or recorded official recorded address
--- You will pay filing fees and document delivery fees
---Be prepared for corporate lawyers to be arse holes in their responses

Took about 6 months to get a 2500 dollar settlement. I worked for about 5 $ an hour doing the paper. It's not really a profitable use of your time to small claim ct.
Just go buy another tire

Probably cost more in filling fees and time spent in court vs missing work.

Throwing more money into a bad situation.

How could it be proven that the shard of glass came from that? Seems like it would be hard to know without some analysis or something.
