The constitution does not have any rules on murder.

1. Treason
2. Piracy
3. Counterfeiting

Those are the only laws the federal government is supposed to enforce via the constitution of this country.

Murder is a states law.

Do we want big central government dictating laws or not?

disagree, our Constitution says that Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness is for EVERY AMERICAN.
