You tell me. They seem VERY concerned with making sure the students know all about gender identities and with helping students hide these issues from their parents. To the point that they will clearly violate parental rights to do so.

They don't seem nearly as concerned about making sure that their students can read. If so, why do they keep passing them even though they can't? You tell me.
