It really doesn’t need to be that deep. 1. Defensive game plans are arse 2. Defensive players still don’t know their assignments in November 3. Players still can’t tackle in November

This reminds me of a particular play that burned my arse. Bama ran a sweep on the right end and our LBs and safeties were moving laterally and backwards giving up ground rather than challenge the play at the LOS

They had a want to spy the QB.

Kelly never answers any hard questions and when does answer anything it is almost always total BS. Losing faith in Kelly.

maybe that's b/c teams were making him beat them by throwing the ball, and he wasn't able to run, which is why their offense was terrible.

Have you watched our defense attempt to tackle? We can’t force a team to pass if we can’t tackle to stop the run.

If you give a guy several steps at top speed and ample space to juke, you aren't going to be successful too often at getting him down.
Better coaching puts players in better positions to make tackles. WHen guys have all kinds of space between them and the ball carrier, you're setting yourself up for failure.

Brian Kelly speaking is no different than lying off his arse Miles. Never could believe a word that fool would say. BK comes from the same mold.

Maybe we should have spied Milroe more. No shite Sherlock. You had over 2 weeks to figure that out and you didn't. Big game BK strikes again.

I’m no Coach and surely don’t get paid 10mill$ a year, I’m no Monday morning Coach but I said a 100 times, if CBK was so worried about our backend D so bad, WHY wouldnt let Perkins lineup and spy Milroe. Instead Perkins played half the game lined up 8-10yds off the ball chasing every ball carrier trying to make tackle from behind. It’s ludicrous, ludicrous I tell yah and I don’t mean the old rapper from the ATL

Some Les Miles bullshite right there—when even the layfan can see it but the damn head coach can’t.

with a guy like Millroe you should work backwards, he's an RB playing QB. Why would you not make him prove he'll burn you with his arm before just slowly bleeding to death by letting him convert 3rd downs at will?

Exactly. yet our 10 million dollar man cant see this?

How about getting into the referee's faces and fighting for your QB

Sounds like he is criticizing House’s decision to not spy

Why wouldn’t Kelly insist?

Besides being the head coach 30 something years ago before becoming a head coach he coached defense.

My issue with CBK is what he said, in hindsight we should have spied mildew more. My gosh you’re getting paid MILLIONS and you’re the HC who could have made that obvious observation at HALFTIME. You Didn’t, what a pathetic thing to say Coach, everybody watching and not getting paid a dime would have tried that concept beginning in the 3rd Quarter. What dumbass

Absolutely you’re the freaking HC, take control make the call to change the Defense. Apparently the $$)10 million man doesn’t understand the gumps are the one team you have to beat more than any other. What a pathetic weak answer, sounds like a bidumb
