They should have been both called. Perkins did have his hand inside the collar. I know he didn’t pull him back but you can’t have your hand in the collar. Bang bang call.

it’s annoying because the tackle in Daniels is the exact kind of tackle the penalty is there to prevent
just like a fricking head injury is the exact kind of injury targeting to trying to prevent.
