The NCAA just simply does not have proper rules and these kids don't know if they can or can't transfer for a 2nd time and play. It's unfortunate and a clear indictment on how poorly operated the NCAA is an institution. "Putting the athlete first" give me a damn break.

How about don't be soft, accept competition, and work your tail off. We cater to these athletes too much now.
