Yes, in my neighborhood it’s probably >50% out of neighborhood kids. I live in a flat, very walkable area so that’s why. It’s a madhouse on my street right now

I don’t mind it. Kids have fun and that’s what matters

Sounds like fun. They've built too many small lot neighborhoods around us and our houses have 40yd driveways that kids don't want to walk. Our Halloween traffic has dwindled.
