Imo, as much as I love Jose, Hawkins won't get fewer minutes than him. Maybe the same, but not fewer.

CJ getting a bit up in age will likely lose a few to Hawkins. CJ might be closer to 26-28 to keep him fresher/healthier during the season.

Agreed, though I think CJ gets much more come playoffs (yeah I know). Also, it's not just about who's better, but also fit and roles. IE Jose is a better fit when CJ sits, where as Hawk can play next to either but won't fit CJ's role as well as Jose. IF this team can stay healthy (lol) then I think breakdown would go something like this:

BI and Herb - 36
Zion and CJ - 34
Trey - 26
Jonas - 22
Jose - 14 (all of CJ's bench)
Nance - 14
Hawkins and Dyson - 12

I think that with Hawkins playing so well you have to tweak the lineup for Trey at the 3/4. Now that Naji is back and Jose is close we have a lot of rotation at 1/2/3.

Realistically Nance/ Val should shrink to 30/35 max mostly all at the 5. That gives Trey a full 30min at SF/ PF/ C without messing with the guard rotation much.

CJ- 30
Jose- 15
Herb- 32
Hawkins- 15
Dyson- 15
BI- 31
Trey- 32
Zion- 31
Val-20
Nance-10min

Naji/ Ryan- (9min) or an extra 9 min split for Hawk/ Jose/ Dyson/ Val. The hot hand minutes.
