That simple. Problem is the prime location the PMAC sits on is where you want the replacement so that makes things complicated.

Otherwise it would have been built 7 years ago.

They would just have to bite the bullet and play at the River Center for a season.

You can say this, but a few years down the line someone will build something better, and our fans will start crying about it falling behind. Some people have to complain. It's in their nature.
