As of 5 minutes ago (Updated 1:24 PM CDT), AP states: A suspect in the fatal shooting of 18 in Maine is still at large. Residents are sheltering in place.

I'm betting he was whisked off to Ukraine where he can continue his work for the regime. He is warmed up now.
