We keep typing, speaking and acting as if the GOPe isn't exactly as complicit in the downfall of the USA as the Democrats are. They're one and the same- the Establishment Uniparty. The DNC is the "action" wing, and the GOPe is the "controlled opposition" wing.

We are certainly being punished, but GOD's punishment will come much later. Right now it's just a very predictable reciprocity for what we have all slowly allowed our nation to become since the end of WWII.

We need to stop pretending that one "side" is any better than the other, when ultimately all of government has failed us, Congress in particular. Their primary job is to pass a balanced budget into law each year, and they have completed failed to even attempt to do so for the past 27 years... instead ramming through temporary patches and omnibus bills that allow funds to be allocated to many things directly prohibited by the US Constitution.

It's one of two things that has happened:

A). We have continuously elected ineffectual idiots to perform a job they don't do for nearly three decades concurrently without pause, or

B). We never actually elected anyone, but they were merely installed by a rigged system that we failed to detect as a whole.

So, where does the blame lie? And what can be done to reverse the current situation? We outnumber the crooked leadership something like 25,000 to 1, and yet we do nothing. We are a sedentary and spoiled populace who got so busy being self absorbed and greedy that we let our individual rights and liberties be stolen.

From whatever source this "punishment" is coming from, we created it.
