What's the issue? I haven't been to Destin in years, but from the sounds of things it seems like a more popular area than ever.

It won't be if this keeps up. Less restaurants means longer crazy waits everywhere else with price gauging)

I think it is as popular as ever, just with a different set of people (the people that don’t want to pay to go to 30a).

We go to Rosemary Beach every couple years, and instead of going directly to i-10, I’ll drive to Pensacola back through Destin for nostalgic purposes because my parents took us there for 15 years. It’s weird. There’s plenty of construction going on, but it feels frozen in 2002 when you drive through.
