Looking more and more like he’s going to be arguably the best MLB player in postseason history at this pace.

Really? I love Bergman, but he's not even having the best postseason on his own current team.

Topwater Trout Altuve with 25 dingers will catch Manny 29 first. Love how clutch Breg’s has been though in playoff games they had to have him.

He’s 4 years younger than Altuve and 7 HRs behind

He’s tied with Schwarber, Nelson Cruz and Correa

He will probably end up playing in a lot more Postseason games than Correa in Minny, but Philly looks like it will hang around for a while.

Bregman is playing his 95th post season game in 8 full seasons in the majors. Jeter holds the record of 158 in 20 seasons. Bregman's 18th post season dinger is a MLB record for a 3rd baseman.

I’m last nights game they said his HR & RBI totals are both all-time MLB records for a third baseman in post season play. And today he increased both.

You got to asterik that to some degree. They play so many division and wild card games. For a long time you had a East and West division for the league champoinship and the WS and that was it. Before that you simply won the whole league without a playoff. I love Bregman and what he has done even though I am not a Astro fan... lifetime Cardinal fan here.

IDK his numbers, but the other day the infographic on the TV showed he was 2nd all time in HRs.

*2nd in post season HRs, Manny Ramirez is first

You could astrrick almost any sports record if you justify it enough.

You'd have to asterisk Jeter's record too because that preceded his career. I mean, I get what your saying but I don't it diminishes Bregman's post season accomplishments at all. all.

It only matters when comparisons to old era vs modern era players happen. I looked it up and these numbers say it all:

Lou Gehrig 34 post season games
Babe Ruth 41 psg
Joe Dimaggio 51 psg
Stan Musial 23 psg
Reggie Jackson 77 psg

Remember when Paul had him chopping at the ball to hit ground balls?

I remember.
