Your post makes me wonder why people want to defend these monsters who actually beheaded woman and children, who burned people alive, including 5 month old babies, who are holding 100's of people hostage, and use their own people as human shields.
What has IDF ever done to make you think that they would purposely shoot a missile at a hospital? Is the IDF the monsters or is Hamas the monsters? People need to use a little critical thinking before the words fall from their brains to the keyboards.

That building is empty. The hospital blast was a fire event in the parking lot with a very small crater.

Why does it matter if the Palestinians don’t have equal arms ? Is a war supposedly to be fair & equal? The arms of Palestinians were mostly supplied by people that hate America and its people. Israel in their thoughts shouldn’t exist. How does one respond fairly yo that ?

Since when did congress support American citizens unless it helped them? The Palestinians didn’t make those manufactured arms, they got from Iran who got them from wherever. Be it American made or not they didn’t decide to shoot themselves at the Israelis. This like all wars needs to be decisive and quick. Americans people lost trillions in taxpayer money fighting a war in a backwards country and didn’t win because it wasn’t quick and decisive. If a war drags out it because of outside interference and pressure.
