I'd say people are consuming less meat across the board

Mrs. Axe and I catch a shitload of catfish, bluegill and crappie every year, and so we've just kept more than usual this past couple years and are eating a lot more fish. It costs zero because I trap and net our own bait and already own tens of thousands of dollars worth of fishing rods and tackle. My garage looks like a Bass Pro Shops aisle and I have a fully functional 300 gallon homemade, aerated livewell under the carport.

Seriously, my expensive fishing addiction has paid big dividends lately.

You just made me feel better about my stupid expensive amount of fishing tackle. Thanks man.

Now if I could get my wife on board with believing this it would be great.
