There are several eye witness reports that say Baldwin fired the gun by acting like some sort of badass and negligently discharging the gun. I dont know the laws in SD or wherever they are, but that fricking guy shot and killed that woman because he was being a dumbass. No different than someone speeding and killing an innocent bystander. Its an inherently dangerous object and he didnt use sufficient care.

The new evidence needed is that it was due to HIS negligence. It wasn’t. Anyone objective would agree that the negligent one was primarily the armorer.
Baldwin’s main culpability was not in being the actor who fired the pistol; it was in being the producer who hired an unqualified armorer. But that would not rise to the level of a crime, although it would result in civil penalties.
