Has to be a doppelganger. On street view, the sign next to M.S. Rau didn't say "The Soap Tree" until the June 2023 image. As recently as March 2022 it was called "Rachel's Best Soaps"
He pleaded guilty, was forgiven by the victim's family, and is performing on the French Quarter streets again.
