They all are. That's what happens when you put healthcare in the free market.

What incentive does a doctor have to cure you vs just putting you on drugs that you'll have to get prescribed for the rest of your life? What incentive does a psychologist have to cure you when they can just have you come in once a month for "therapy" for the rest of your life? Why would a dentist tell the best way to care for your teeth when he makes his living off of rotten teeth?

No one should be surprised, we should just be more wary. After all, it's just business.
