EMS can charge for their services. While we do have a great EMS program, it seems that they could run it like a private ambulance and make money ala Acadian.

The government can't run anything efficiently enough to make money. They can not spend money and have a surplus. The product looks ok on the surface but is a mess behind the scenes. Brec.
