Why not a promotion by the Athletic Department to encourage those of us in attendance to be "4th quarter fans?" The players and coaches work year round to play for LSU. It shouldn't be too much to ask to suffer a little inconvenience to support the team.

Ban anyone who thinks that the state 49th in education is "to classy" to play Neck. To many Covingtons not enough Livingstons if you want it rowdy.

Maybe if you actually watched the game instead of the crowds you’d enjoy it more.

Nicholson 6 lanes direct to I-10 and I-110. Side roads closed. If you live around there, sorry, you will be inconvenienced for 8 Saturday's in the Fall.

A fleet of tow trucks ready to pull wrecks off the road. No waiting for the camera man so that Gordon can Get It Done.

LA-30 4 lanes all the way to I-10.

River Road 4 lanes all the way to the Sunshine Bridge.

I-10 6 lanes all the way to LaPlace.

Two more Miss River bridges south of the "new" bridge.

If this weekend wasn’t enough to keep people in stadium I’m not sure what is.

Absolute perfect weather, night game, and final “regular” meeting vs Auburn.

Stadium is too big, plain and simple.

Oh save that shite. If you're trying to solve today's problems then you need solutions for today, not 20 years ago.

People are not leaving the games (or staying home altogether) because they won't survive but you can't expect people to continually spend that kind of money and devote that kind of time when there are obvious things that can be done to improve the fan experience that just go unaddressed.

This is on their husbands. My wife is only there for the tailgate and the pictures, but she knows once we go in we're not leaving till the alma mater's done

It was becoming a blowout. No one wants to sit around just to sit around. Your 25-40 year old have kids at home they need to get back to. Not everyone is a LSU student that's just going to the bar right after. And as hard as it is to believe, not everyone lives in Baton Rouge.

If you make it free after half time then no one would show up for the first half…

They did this at a Saint's game I went to a few years back. You could buy tickets and they would draw and pot was based on # of tickets sold. There were updates as the pot grew on scoreboard. Part of the draw could be dedicated to a charity, scholarships, NIL or something else. The one at the dome had some charitable connection that got part of the pot if I remember correctly.

First, hand out free beers at end of 3rd quarter

Second,

Lock the gates until the clock hits 0:00
. Just don't tell the fire marshal

Third, we want the 25-40 female demographic to attend. Pics necessary. Rules...

Why go to games? Just watch on tv if this is your plan.

I have noticed that the main culprit in the mass exodus is the 25-40 house wife demographic. They are only there for the party / pictures and I believe that if they were barred from the games the problem would be resolved

Your solution is ill-conceived, unexecutable, and addresses the wrong problem. As I mentioned in a different thread, it’s about building the experience…not finding a specific subset of Tiger fans willing to accept the current experience.

1. Work with the city on traffic management.
2. Improve lots and tailgating.
3. Have traditions that everybody looks forward to participating in and isn’t embarrassed of (sorry STTDB crowd…but this one unquestionably impacts some folks negatively. You can curse in crowd chants, but that one is over the top if you want to bring in a max crowd)
4. Put a great product on the field (DONE)
5. Provide good food and drink options
6. Entertain during timeouts and breaks in play with the band and highlights on the screens that reinforce the product on the field…not with hokey stuff
7. Have something meaningful happen after the final whistle of EVERY game…a tradition that people want to stay to see
8. Make egress lanes efficient
9. Good flow on vehicle exit.
