Two questions about Palestine territories and actions

I have been thinking about these two questions and unable to arrive at an answer, so hoping someone in the Political Talk can provide some information:
1. Palestine weapons - I have read the weapons are from Iran or even some from Afghanistan. No matter where the weapons come from, how do these get into the hands of Hamas? I am sure Israel would block shipments crossing into Isreali borders and I don't believe these could be flown in or even arrive by ship if these two methods are checked by Israeli intelligence. So, how do the weapons get to Hamas or into Palestine?
2. Tunnel system in Palestine - I have read about this extensive tunnel system in Palestine. Israeli intelligence is supposed to be top notch, so how were these tunnels built without Israeli knowledge?

The answer to both questions is simple.
Israel knew these attacks were being planned and did nothing to stop them. I wouldn't be surprised if the CIA helped perpetrate these attacks.

1. Say you have a bulk carrier with 10000 tons of coal in it. Underneath the coal, you have 3,000 RPGs. The density (I'm sure there is a USCG baw here that can perfect my layman's description) is such that you can't see the stuff hidden at the bottom. The contraband doesn't come direct from Iran, of course, it's shipped via many intermediaries, and eventually ends up on a ship coming from Cyprus, or Sicily.
Fertilizer is an explosive, but everyone needs it. Hamas has dug up water pipes and turned them into rockets. 5km of water pipe is thousands of rockets.

Israel can detect tunnels trying to burrow *through* the border, but not ones that stop on the Gaza side, which is what the terrorists used this time, to blow holes in the security fencing.

wikipedia Gasa Import controls, gives a fairly good review on importation limitations and the control of anything close to military use. and then you have the fishing boats transferring weapons from small freighters. and then you have the tunnels under the Egyptian border to transfer weapons from the camel jockies. Transfer is a little bit every day and after 5-6 years they can do another massacre.

They have tunnels where everything is smuggled in. Israel knows it is going on but can do nothing to stop it. Think about it, how could they stop it without invading? Israel has zero control over Gaza as they pulled out of there in like 2005. So it's not like they can conduct "Police" operations there.
Now that Hamas has declared war, Israel has the right to invade and shut it down once and for all, which is what they will do. They will not stop until every known member of Hamas is dead and their entire infrastructure is destroyed.
And Hamas members will not be safe in Qatar or Lebanon or Iran. Mossad has demonstrated time and again they can assassinate and/or kidnap people anywhere. And they will take out anyone who helps harbor Hamas members.
